Postage within Australia

We use Australia Post to send all of our parcels within 1 to 3 business days. If you need an order expediated to be posted the next business day, send us a message and we will do our best to help you. You will receive an email with tracking details within a day from your parcel been sent. If you have not received a confirmation email immediately after your order or an email with tracking details within two business days of your order, please check your email junk mail folder.

There are several postage methods that we use to suit your needs and all include tracking. The delivery time will depend on the postage method you choose. Please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas.

You have the option to select at checkout:

  • Australia Post – Regular Postage with Tracking
  • Australia Post – Express Postage with Tracking
  • Australia Post – Signature on Delivery with Tracking
  • Australia Post – Express Postage with Signature on Delivery and Tracking.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and increased mail volume, Australia Post is advising delays on all parcel deliveries. As a result, the ‘Delivery expected’ date listed on your tracking list may not be accurate.

Estimated delivery times are below:

  •  Regular Post within Australia: 4 to 15 business days. Regular Post within Melbourne: 7 to 20 business days.
  •  Express Post within Australia: 1 to 3 business days.

International postage (all countries apart from Australia)

We use Australia Post to send all of our parcels within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details within a day from your parcel been sent. If you have not received a confirmation email immediately after your order or an email with tracking details within two business days of your order, please check your email junk mail folder.

International Post Standard costs $21 AUD to the USA and $15.20 AUD to New Zealand. All other countries are set to a default of $25 AUD as it may be more or less depending on the country. If you would like to your exact postage cost, please send us an email.

Returns and Refunds

All Moldavite and crystals are sold with high quality photographs and measurements so there are no surprises for the buyer. Returns and refunds are accepted if the item received is not as described.

In the rare case that you simply are not happy for some reason with the crystal you purchased, you can send a message to customerservice@stonesoftransformation.com.au. You will be required to pay for return postage, package the crystal securely in bubble wrap, send a return tracking number to customerservice@stonesoftransformation.com.au and post the item within 10 days of receiving it for a refund.
