Postage within Australia
We post to addresses in Australia using Australia Post. There are several postage methods that we use to suit your needs and all include tracking.

You have the option to select at checkout Australia Post – Tracking included, Australia Post – Tracking and Signature on Delivery.

Delivery time will depend on the postage method you choose. Australia Post can take between 3-5 business days to deliver a parcel. Allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas.

International postage (all countries apart from Australia)
We post to addresses in internationally using Australia Post. Australia Post International Post Standard will be used as it includes tracking for customers.

Delivery time will depend on the postage method you choose. Australia Post can take between 10-15 business days for Standard postage. Allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas.

Returns and Refunds
All stones and crystals are sold with high quality photographs and measurements so there are no surprises for the buyer. Returns / Refunds are accepted if the item received is not as described. In the rare case that you simply are not happy for some reason with the crystal you purchased you can request to send it back, and you will be required to pay for return postage, packaged securely,  have a return tracking number available to send me and be posted within 10 days of receiving it for a refund.

I have a 100% guarantee that all my Moldavite is genuine as it is purchased from dealers working directly with the miners in the Czech Republic. 
Each stone is also checked by me and through my experience working with hundreds of Moldavite stones I am easily able to tell what is a real stone.
